Conceptalization

PrepStarter Services began with 951 Elite Volleyball, a competitive volleyball club in the Temecula Valley region of Southern California. Over the years players from 951 Elite (formerly known as Vintage) have received scholarships to schools at all levels from NAIA to the PAC-10. Much of the clubs recruiting success has been due to the relationships club director Dennis Palpallatoc has established over the years with coaches throughout the country. Another factor is that 951 Elite players have enjoyed the
unique benefit of having college coaches in the gym on a regular basis. Through countless discussions with players and visiting coaches we realized that the current recruiting processes were inadequate and the needs of coaches, clubs, and athletes were not being met. In response, the concept of a national recruiting database and evaluation process was developed.
