How much does PrepStarter cost?
Registration is free for athletes.. This includes 100mb of storage, enough for photos and videos of appropriate size. Additional space and services, such as video editing and evaluations, can be purchased through the website if needed.

How do I Add Videos and Photos?
Videos and photos can be added from your athlete profile page through the upload interface. Contact PrepStarter if you need help converting or uploading media.

What format is required for uploading photos and videos?
Images must be .jpeg and 500kb or less. Videos should be 480x360, up to 15 MB's in size and in .WMV format.

What if I can not edit or format videos and photos for upload?
We will help you with your videos and photos if you do not have the ability to edit or format your media items. Simply request the service through your online account and mail your content to us. Be sure to include your user name and contact information. We will take care of the rest.

Can you help me take pictures or make a video?
We do not film matches. However, technology has improved to the point that many home video cameras will produce sufficient footage for online videos. We can help with editing if needed. Contact us for more information.
